Figurehead Update...

With a bit of help she's starting to look pretty good now! I need to redo the rope as it's not tightly wound enough and maybe play with the cloth a little more, but I like it so far :)

Figurehead Update...

Here's how she's currently looking:

 


I've given her some draping cloth instead of her previous dress. After a bit of feedback it has come to my attention that it's probably not really floaty enough for something underwater, and there should also be some kind of rope tied around her to hold it on.
That said, I'm pretty impressed with what I've managed to do so far. I've improved a lot and am looking forward to what happens next! :)

Sea Witch's Lair: Revisited...

I haven't got too far yet as I've been enjoying rejigging this young lady:

Bottom right image has her head tilted slightly.

I still need to tweak her hair, smooth out the lumps and probably re-design her dress a bit but she's looking good and I'm enjoying it, which is great!  

Next is thinking about texturing and redoing the scene's lighting. Looking pretty nice with only a few in there though:

 

I'm pretty excited at the moment so here's hoping it continues! :D
